Mike Maroone Honda proudly sponsors the current Miss Colorado, Maura Spence-Carroll
Spence-Carroll was named Miss Colorado 2021 in June, and with the title, becomes the first active-duty soldier to represent Colorado in the Miss America Competition. Spence will compete as a candidate for Miss America in December 2021 in Connecticut.
Mike Maroone Honda is supporting Spence-Carroll during her year of service as Miss Colorado and has provided a Honda CR-V for her to safely commute to events and appearances.
"As a veteran myself, it is an honor to serve our active-duty military members and veterans at our dealership," said Mike Maroone Honda General Manager, Jeff Bramhall, "when we heard that Maura was recognized as Miss Colorado, we immediately wanted to get involved to support her and her journey to the Miss America Competition."
Spence-Carroll is a Katy, Texas native, and is promoting her social impact initiative as Miss Colorado to put a spotlight on mental health care, especially among military service members. We wish her luck as she competes for Miss America!
